HAS BEEN CANCELED INDEFINATELY About the Arizona Parks - Multiday Tour This is an awesome trip of forestry, long curves and mountain twisties. This is packaged as a multiday tour. This guided motorcycle road trip starts off from Las Vegas and will visit many popular cities and motorcycle roads over the course of three days and two nights in Northwest Arizona. We'll take a drive through a southwest mining town then to our destination of the Coconino Forest. We'll ride the scenic roads and majestic canyons of Arizona. Yes, this is an exciting three days of riding and forest scenic beauty in the state of Arizona, on some very exciting motorcycle roads. Specific mountain ranges, deserts and forest we'll pass through or by the Black Mountains, Mojave Desert, Peacock Mountains, Hualapai Valley, Coconino National Forest and Tonto National Forest. Day 1 We'll roll south for Oatman and have a blast where donkey's and gunfighters roam the streets. We'll catch a cowboy shoot-out featured by the American Red Cross, browse a few shops, then off to a set of switch-backs and twisties that will make the hair on the back of your neck stand up! We'll then ride north west to route 66 towards Flagstaff for a full day of riding. Day 2 We'll rise and be greeted with a graceful ride through the forest and curvy country roads around lakes and valleys. We drive into the Coconino National Park area where we'll find an abundance of peaceful scenic drives. This certainly has to be considered one of the BEST motorcycle routes in Arizona as well as the entire western half of the United States! The scenery is unbelievable ... world class! For the lower elevations there will be plant life of pines, scrub oaks and different types of cacti as the climate in the bottom of the canyon is dry. We'll press forward through lush rugged forests, again, working our way north in direction and up in altitude into multiple canyons and colorful rock formations. The higher regions of the canyon display forests full of Aspens, Oaks and Maples. Even the smaller towns seem to be lined in dazzling color and friendly motorcycle riders from all over the world.We may schedule this trip in the months of October/November, so we might be fortunate enough to see the Aspens and Oaks in their falling graceful color. Prior to end of our 2nd day still heading north, climbing steep mountain grades, we'll soon have a glimpse at magnificent mountain overlooks that will give you a stunningly great view of the beautiful canyon we just considered. Day 3 This relaxing journey back home takes us out of the mountains, rolling across the prairies of Arizona with the sweet smell of ponderosa pines with valley after valley of wide open spaces and fields of sage. We'll ride across the Mojave Desert on our way to Hoover Dam, Hoover Dam will end the day or follow us back in to the rental shop. Before we leave Hoover Dam, we'd like to get some group photos.
