Cancellations / Refunds (x)_________:
Cancellation Policy is non negotiable and pertains to ALL of our tours.

Cancellations are made as fair as possible. We understand that no one really wants to cancel, including ourselves but sometimes things happen. Setting up tours, however, is an incredible amount of laborious effort and therefore refunds are somewhat conditional. There are cost we incur when we make reservations and some cost to us are non-refundable. Once payment has been made on one of our motorcycle tours it is NON-refundable under these conditions. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, but it is what it is.

Showing up later than 30 minutes for a scheduled departure constitutes a no show and falls under this cancellation / refund policy as well.

Refunds Policy:
+60 days
out from tour departure date 35% refundable
+31 to +59 days out from tour departure date: 25% refundable
30 days from departure date and anything under 30 days: 0% refundable

Lodging Availability: Included on ALL overnights.

Lodging is booked after the following takes place.

There's ALWAYS a chance we cannot get rooms. For the most part, there ARE, in case not, we'll go as far as 20 miles off course in search of one. There are other issues like trains...

    A: Yes
  2. Q: What type of lodging is being booked?
A: Four Star Lodging (If Available). Confirmation numbers will be return to the riders or group captain.

Medical Treatment / Insurance (x)_________:
Participants are responsible for their own medical coverage and Insurance needs. Any medical treatment is the personal responsibility of the participant. Insurance rates vary on the choices of coverage selected while picking up the motorcycle.

Motorcycle Information (x)_________:
Q: When should we pick up our motorcycle?
A:
The motorcycle MUST be picked up the evening prior to the date of the tour! We recommend picking it up towards 3:30pm - Rental Shop closes at 4:30pm. This will give you plenty of time to get the bike prepared and ready at your hotel or wherever you may be staying. Walk around the bike when you pick up the rental.

Check the Following Areas Closely:

  • Look for damages, have it documented and signed.
  • Front tire spindle nuts and bolts, make sure they are secure. - Touch them...
  • Tire condition, should be no wavy flats spots and plenty of tread.
  • Brakes both front and back prior leaving the lot.
  • Check underneath.
  • Look for scratches along the lower sides of the exhaust pipe(s).
  • Clutch and front brake levers. Look for cracks from being dropped.
  • Foot pegs / paddles to see if the are level and one or both are not bent.

If in doubt have it fixed right then and there.

(x)_________: Tour participants are responsible for any traffic violations they might incur during the course of the tour or rental.

(x)_________: Drugs and Alcohol are not permitted under ANY circumstances on the tour, at stops on the tour or driving under the influence.

(x)_________: Smoking: We don't take breaks to smoke on the tour but we do stop for gas and photos, so that would most likely be the time for it. Some may not be in the habit of riding daily so we mention this next aspect.

DO NOT smoke while filling up the fuel tank on a rental motorcycle or otherwise.

Friendly Riders WANTED! (x)_________:
Our Tours are meant for the majority of friendly good natured people.

There aren't any clicks of bikes, or bikers, no favoritism being played with motorcycles, nor riders, nor race, nor sex, nor nationalistic pride of any sorts, nor color, nor creed, nor class, nor age, nor jacket colors & patches. We enjoy the tours as much as our customers, who knows, perhaps even more and we certainly want EVERYONE to feel at home, welcomed and our friend.

We realize that some people have difficulty in expressing themselves without the use of fowl language, even in the presence of those who may not appreciate colorful thoughts. We, however, at VVMT ask that fowl expressions in language, hand gestures, or off-color jokes that take on slanderous connotations not be used around other riders AT ALL, ANYWHERE ON THE TOUR. Any rider who can't seem to express himself without it's use, don't even bother signing up.

Photographs
During the course of our tours, we take many photographs which are the property of Vegas Valley Motorcycle Tours. These photographs may be published on our website and used to promote our products, or our advertisers products and our tours.
